Or a custom car with sound pack?why does it have an un-installer?What he's advertising is a full stadium mod.It has an uninstaller because it changes some of the game's default textures, images, sounds. I have the old TMNations version of this because it's easier for me to spot when the car is sliding with the tire treads (my own custom mod has a dark track surface = not easy to spot =/) It is a very good mod xD.
Install the patch and point it to your Trackmania Nations Forever folder, for example: C: Program Files (x86) Steam steamapps common TrackMania Nations Forever 5. When the installation is finished, you are ready to play the game. Depending on what the problem was, the game should work well now.
Its all the same files, the sounds arent as loud outside because you are farther away from where the sounds are being emitted from, the inside of the car. The sounds for the blow-off valves replace the shift sounds, the thuds from using the shifter, so they are really really quiet to begin with.
So to make those sound as loud as they are and with clarity took a really long time.for the most part, its just your sound volume/headphones/ears because its pretty balanced inside and outside of the car being relative in distance from the car.thanks for the comments guys!
